The idea behind Policy Expert was born from Tarun Bhandari's entrepreneurial vision of building a company that could become a trusted operational partner for brokerages across Canada. Recognizing the increasing demands placed on insurance professionals, he envisioned a business that would deliver scalable operational support while maintaining the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

Bringing this vision to life is Sanha Chugh, a RIBO-licensed insurance professional with more than four years of hands-on experience in the Canadian insurance industry. Having worked directly within a Canadian insurance brokerage, she possesses practical expertise across Personal Lines operations, policy administration, endorsements, renewals, certificates, cancellations, carrier portal management, billing support, and customer service.

Together, Tarun's strategic leadership and Sanha's operational expertise have shaped Policy Expert into a trusted extension of brokerage teams—delivering reliable, accurate, and cost-effective insurance operations support.
