These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Policy Expert website (policyexpertservices.com) and your engagement of Policy Expert's back-end operational support services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Policy Expert provides back-end administrative and operational support services to insurance brokerages, Managing General Agents, wholesale brokers, and insurance carriers across Canada, including but not limited to policy administration, certificate processing, renewals, endorsements, marketing submissions, notice processing, loss run and report handling, daily downloads and filing, dedicated customer support, and carrier portal management. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for any engagement are set out separately in a service agreement or statement of work between Policy Expert and the client.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, this website by any third party. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, or computer systems connected to our website.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Policy Expert's services are responsible for providing accurate information, timely access to necessary systems and documentation, and reasonable cooperation required for Policy Expert to perform the agreed services. Policy Expert is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed information provided by the client.

5. Confidentiality

Policy Expert understands the sensitive nature of insurance, policyholder, and brokerage data. We maintain reasonable confidentiality practices and expect the same discretion from our team when handling client and policyholder information, consistent with our Privacy Policy and any confidentiality terms agreed to in a client service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Policy Expert or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Specific terms for ongoing operational support engagements — including pricing, service levels, term length, and termination provisions — are governed by a separate written agreement between Policy Expert and the client, which will take precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.

10. Governing Law
